Live Crawfish Info
Live crawfish orders must be placed by 12 p.m. Friday for Saturday pick up.
How do I order?
You must fill out the LIVE CRAWFISH order form and click on the "Buy NOW" button on the bottom of the page. To secure your order you will need to put a $50 PER sack deposit. We will call you back or email you to confirm your deposit was received and your order is confirmed.
Where do I pick up my order?
Pick up location will be discussed during phone confirmation.
What are the pickup times?
Pickup times will be from 10:30am - 11:30am Saturdays.
What is the best way to keep crawfish alive until boil time?
Keep live crawfish cool/moist between 40 to 50 degrees F. KEEP OUT of direct sun light. Keep wet towels on top of crawfish sacks. DO NOT submerge live crawfish in water to store. Keep out of direct wind in bed of truck. Transport all live crawfish in shipping boxes or in coolers.

Crawfish size options:
- Field Run: mixed sizes (whatever the farmers catch and put in the bag)
- Washed and Graded: medium/ large (available April – June)
