Welcome! My name is Dustin Clement, the owner of Heads or Tails Cajun Crawfish. My passion is crawfish and I want to share it with you by catering your next event. Here is a little bit about my background. I was born and raised in Thibodaux, Louisiana - a town south of New Orleans, deep in the heart of Cajun country. By the time I was 12 years old, I was helping my grandpa boil about 800 pounds of crawfish per weekend in his restaurant.
I established Heads or Tails Cajun Crawfish for several reasons:
- I have been boiling crawfish for over 25 years and want to offer the Dallas, Ft Worth area a true experience of a Cajun crawfish boil.
- I want to offer the best quality crawfish possible.
- I would like Texans to have a taste of true Southern Louisiana boiled crawfish.
- I would love to take fellow Cajuns living here in Texas back to Louisiana via the smell, taste and atmosphere of our authentic Cajun crawfish boils
